Jayrun® may use purchasing information to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers' experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. Jayrun® will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process.

Jayrun® uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control.

All purchases must be returned in new and re-saleable condition within 5 business days from the delivery date. All returns require a Return Authorization Form. If you would like to make a return please email us for a Return Authorization Form at: info@jayrun.com. Please make sure to write RETURN in the subject line. Merchandise must be returned to Jayrun® pre-paid and insured. We strongly advise you to insure your package in case of loss or damage in transit. Unfortunately Jayrun® cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for another item or for store credit, valid for up to six months. Exchanged items and special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Jayrun® can only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
