Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via U.S. Postal Service at a flat rate of $9.95 per order and typically ship within 2-5 business days if piece(s) are stock. All others will ship within 2-4 weeks of placing the order.

The information you provide during registration is used only to provide you personalized services. Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Jayrun® may use purchasing information to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers' experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. Jayrun® will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process.

Jayrun® uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Jayrun® will accept items for exchange or store credit.

All purchases must be returned in new and re-saleable condition within 5 business days from the delivery date. All returns require a Return Authorization Form. If you would like to make a return please email us for a Return Authorization Form at: info@jayrun.com. Please make sure to write RETURN in the subject line. Merchandise must be returned to Jayrun® pre-paid and insured. We strongly advise you to insure your package in case of loss or damage in transit. Unfortunately Jayrun® cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for another item or for store credit, valid for up to six months. Exchanged items and special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Jayrun® can only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

All orders that are placed within California are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
Product Care
Each piece of Jayrun® jewelry is hand-crafted by our experienced artisans. We do not use any jewelry molds, and each stone is selected to be most aesthetically pleasing. This insures the piece you have selected is truly original and one of a kind. Please use the appropriate care instructions we have provided below to enjoy our jewelry for years to come.

With normal wear it is common for gold-filled pieces to darken or tarnish over time. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a damp cloth. It is recommended to keep your jewelry in the pouch provided with your order. Proper storage helps to prevent scratching of stones and metal. It is best to keep products away from extreme heat or moisture. We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry. Jewelry should be removed prior to showering.

Because most of the stones we use are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size, color, and texture. Inclusions seen in natural stones should be considered a part their beauty and individuality. Pearls and most gemstones are too delicate for cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners. We recommend a simple gentle wiping the metal surface with a damp cloth and storing your items in the pouch they came in.
